Myofascial Release (MFR) Session

Service Description

Fascial restrictions can result from trauma, surgery, and/or unnatural holding patterns in our bodies. The fascia in that area can dehydrate and solidify over time. MFR is a gentle method of freeing up those restrictions and restoring healthy movement to the tissue.
